Costa d´Arte Advisory was born from the shared vision of two art professionals who call the Costa Blanca home.
Recognising the gap in the region´s cultural and luxury landscape, we set out to create something that had never existed here before - a dedicated art advisory tailored to provide clients, their villas and yachts.
As the first to bring bespoke art consulting to the Costa Blanca, we combine our expertise and local insight to curate collections that elevate spaces and reflect individuality.
Whether enhancing a contemporary villa overlooking the Mediterranean or sourcing art for a private yacht, our mission is to connect clients with exceptional works that embody both aesthetic harmony and lasting value.
FOUNDER
Iva Buzhashka
Iva Buzhashka is an Art Historian, Curator and Wellness Coach with international experience across the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Denmark, and Bulgaria. Coming from a family of architects and art collectors, she studied History, Art History, and Arts & Culture, earning her MA in Arts and Culture (Cum Laude) from Leiden University in the Netherlands. Her academic research explored contemporary visual arts as a space of transformation — a theme that continues to inform her curatorial approach today.
Her career spans roles in luxury real estate, wellness, and the arts, including collaborations with Amsterdam University Press and private art galleries in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and work at the renowned SHA Wellness Clinic on the Costa Blanca.
Her background in yoga and embodied practices, honed through teacher training in the Sacred Valley of Peru, adds a unique dimension to her work — the ability to guide clients through meaningful aesthetic and emotional choices, such as purchasing an artwork.
Combining art historical expertise with an intuitive understanding of people and spaces, Iva brings a holistic approach to Costa d´Arte Advisory.
