Recognising the gap in the region´s cultural and luxury landscape, Costa d´Arte Advisory sets out to create something that had never existed here before - a dedicated art advisory tailored to provide clients, their villas and yachts.
As the first to bring bespoke art consulting to the Costa Blanca, we combine our expertise and local insight to curate collections that elevate spaces and reflect individuality.

FOUNDER
Iva Buzhashka
Iva Buzhashka is an Art Historian, Curator, and Art Advisor with international experience across the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Denmark, and Bulgaria. Raised in a family of architects and art collectors, she developed an early sensitivity to space, materiality, and the cultural narratives embedded in art. She holds a Cum Laude MA in Arts and Culture from Leiden University, where she explored contemporary art as a space of transformation—an approach that continues to shape her curatorial work today.
She has completed a programme in Art Business at Sotheby’s and her work sits at the intersection of art, luxury, and wellbeing, with experience spanning private galleries, publishing, and the SHA Wellness Clinic on the Costa Blanca.
Her background in yoga and embodied practices, honed through teacher training in the Sacred Valley of Peru, adds a unique dimension to her work — the ability to guide clients through meaningful aesthetic and emotional choices, such as purchasing an artwork.
Through Costa d’Arte Advisory, she guides clients in building collections that combine aesthetic refinement, cultural depth, and long-term value.
